Sleep Clinic Consultation (Texas Residents Only, requires physical presence)

Sleep Consultation service for New Patients will be performed by a board certified sleep physician and is only applicable for Texas residents at this time. A follow-up clinic visit is provided by a medical provider (MD/NP) that is well qualified in the practice of Sleep Medicine. These appointment requires physical presence at Sleep Medicine Institute of Texas, 3187 Paluxy Drive, Tyler, Texas, 75701.

30 min New Patient service is primarily for few sleep related issues such as snoring and suspected Sleep Apnea. Typically the 30 min service would be used for evaluation of few symptoms, physical examination of relevant organ systems and determination of a plan of action that involves deciding type of sleep testing and treatment options.

40 minute New Patient service would be for moderate or severe complexity of sleep disorders. Typically the 40 min service would be used for evaluation of many symptoms, more extensive physical examination of relevant organ systems and determination of a plan of action that involves deciding type of sleep testing and treatment options.

20 minutes of follow-up clinic consultation would typically involve initiation of treatment, discussion about previously performed sleep testing, fine-tuning treatment or management of problems for patients previously seen in the clinic.
